1. A reservation is valid if the customer deposits approximately 30% of the total amount of their reservation into our bank account within the time frame that will be indicated and received via e-mail (usually within a week from the reservation date).
2. The reservation is valid only for the exact number of people for which the guest received the confirmation of his reservation via e-mail.
3. The customer pays the remaining amount of his reservation upon arrival in cash.
4. In case of cancellation 90 or more days before arrival, the customer is charged the non-refundable deposit he has deposited as a cancellation fee.
5. In case of cancellation within 60 days before arrival, the customer will be charged as cancellation fees the deposit he has deposited as well as 50% of the remaining amount of his reservation and it is non-refundable.
6. In case of cancellation within 30 days before arrival, the customer will be charged as cancellation fees the deposit he has deposited as well as 100% of the remaining amount of his reservation and it is non-refundable.
7. The customer receives the accommodation clean and neat and must deliver it in good condition upon departure. (garbage is removed by the customer) for any damages, the customer bears these costs in full.
8. No booking is valid without confirmation by e-mail.
9. After communicating with us, the customer receives a response - an offer within 24 hours via e-mail containing all the information of the accommodation he is interested in as well as the total offer price.
10. No offer is bound by a reservation if the visitor has not paid the required advance payment.
11. Guest arrivals without prior communication with confirmation e-mail and without advance payment does not constitute a confirmed reservation.
12. Pets and barbeque are not allowed at our accommodations.
13. According to decision 1217/2023 from 01/01/2024 the accommodation tax is abolished and in article 1 of law 4276/2014 the climate crisis resilience fee is charged to the tenant with 1.5€/overnight.
